RETURNS


Please choose items carefully as we do not accept returns unless you receive the wrong item, faulty goods or the wrong size. If this occurs, please take the following action:

1. Contact us IMMEDIATELY via email to confirm whether your claim is eligible for return.
2. If your claim is approved, please download our Exchanges & Returns Form and return completed form with your item via post within 7 days of the date you receive your goods.

 

EXCHANGES

Please choose items carefully as we do not offer exchanges unless you receive the wrong item, faulty goods or wrong size. If this occurs, please take the following action:

1. Contact us IMMEDIATELY via email to confirm whether your claim is eligible for an exchange.
2. If your claim is approved, please download our Exchanges & Returns Form and return completed form with your item via post within 7 days of the date you receive your goods. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

• Faulty goods can be repaired free of charge if purchased at full price in the last 30 days, subject to management review. If purchased over 30 days ago, repairs can be arranged through Naomi Murrell at your expense.
• If your item is faulty or you receive the wrong item and your claim is approved, the original postage cost will be refunded to cover the return costs.
• If you wish to exchange or return your item due to sizing issues, we ask that you cover the return costs, and we will happily cover the postage of the new item.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
• Items must be returned in their original condition with the sales invoice and original packaging or they will not be eligible for return.
• Items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange. 
• Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. 
• If correct replacement item/size is out of stock, NM will offer a store credit or refund to the same value as your order.
